Adding fcitx5-lotus to guru.

Add new ebuild for Vietnamese Bamboo input method (Lotus branch).

Ideally, please file the pull request against the dev branch to avoid potential merge conflicts. However, since pull requests are merged manually, there is no need to close if opened against master instead.
The attached build log shows a file collision error during the final merge phase. This is because I currently have fcitx5-lotus manually installed on my local machine. However, the package building and installation to the image directory ($D) completed successfully.
