media-gfx/orcaslicer-bin: keyword 2.4.2 for ~arm64

Hi!
Since now orcaslicer provides the arm64 Appimage, I have added the keyword and splitted the exctraction for the two architectures.

I have tested the ebuild on my arm64 system and it works fine.
