This adds a new menu tab when Enemy Randomizer is enabled, showing which enemies appear at all randomized locations (but only when the spoilers options are enabled).
I refactored the EnemyOverride struct to add the vanilla enemy id, so the new page can get all needed info from the overrides themselves.
