Jordan Davidson

I build internal platforms developers love to use.

I work across platform engineering, SRE, CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, and developer experience. Most of my work is about finding the fragile paths developers keep tripping over and turning them into clearer tools, safer workflows, and systems teams can trust.

What I usually work on

  • CI/CD systems that give developers faster, clearer feedback
  • Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure that is understandable and operable
  • Deployment workflows, secrets management, and platform automation
  • Incident response and observability workflows
  • Developer experience improvements that reduce toil instead of adding ceremony

Platform engineering Reframed DevOps as platform engineering at TAB Bank, stabilized Kubernetes, planned an EKS migration, and onboarded ArgoCD.
CI/CD and deployment Built internal CI/CD and deployment tooling for large TypeScript and .NET monorepos at Motion/Wonderly.
Incident workflows Built oncall-bot, an AI-assisted incident workflow that helped resolve 40 infrastructure issues in one week through focused PRs.
Developer environments Built Kubernetes-backed developer environments, platform CLIs, logging infrastructure, certificate automation, and registry caching at Domo.
Personal infrastructure Run a home Kubernetes lab for cluster operations, GitOps-style workflows, networking, observability, and self-hosted services.
