This is a draft until I sort out the first kent release and update the pyproject accordingly (it is referenced via relative path if anyone wants to test it locally until then).
This sets up the same kind of exemplar (paired html and json) based testing we use for the other scrapers, with the addition of emitting a test failure if a KentParser subclass doesn't have any exemplars.
