- Updates and app installs put sites in maintenance mode, so frappe serves a 503 that the uptime monitor reported as downtime - Tag pings of sites in maintenance with `maintenance: true` in the uptime log - Exclude those sites from sustained-down tracking, so no alert or notification fires and the window restarts after maintenance ends Closes frappe#665
- Add `AuditLog.get_csv()` with fixed main columns and the remaining fields as JSON in a `details` column - Add `GET /audit-events/export` honoring the `type`, `site` and `status` filters - Export the full matching history, including the backup trail (completed, failed, downloaded, deleted)
- Add a Download button next to Refresh on the activity page and site activity tab - Download applies the current type and site filters Closes frappe#578
- Add date/time filters - Apply filters while downloading
- Read audit filters with `request.args.get` in each route so the API reference generator picks them up - Regenerate docs/admin-api-reference.md with the export route and the `since`/`until` filters
