Version 3.0.1-beta: Implement the Flexible Cartridge System

This release fixes the Flexible Cartridge System from upstream, allowing proper cartridge swaps to work. If you're already using the upstream release, you'll need to either delete your config or enable the Flexible Cartridge System in the config file.
