- fixes erroneous test report statistics when skipping vectors - adds new test report category "not run" that counts non-executed vectors - adds test report categories "not run" and "not supported" to json and csv formats - adds "not run" and "not supported" categories to global summary section - optimizes test reporting code for performance and uniformity
