d99b477 dropped @arethetypeswrong/cli and publint from devDependencies but left the lockfile untouched, so CI's `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile` failed with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
