Templating practice exercises #1149

The test generator has mostly been used for adding new exercises, and updating old ones where the canonical data changed.

If we ever wanted to be more comprehensive, a list of missing templates is shown below. I've removed exercises that are deprecated, and those where canonical data is missing or trivial (Hello World!).

Adding a few of these seems like a job for days when I'm failing to do anything more demanding. It's a cross track thing, as I'm also working (intermittently) on the R, Fortran and Scheme versions.
