Moves the build to sbt 2.0.10 (replaces #82). sbt 2 %% is platform aware, so JS modules now get real _sjs1 deps, not JVM jars. Added a JS JsonConfig shim, moved java.time tests to jvm, fixed look-behind regex in NameCodingStrategy, disabled coverage for JS.
