Test Release Tracker: hegota-devnet@v0.0.0 #3787

Overview

⚠️ Note this must be signed off on ACDT before being an official devnet.

This tracker is for the first hegota-devnet-0 test release. hegota-devnet-0 is bogota-devnet-2 and heze-devnet-3 together with no additional EIPs the first devnet that runs frame transactions and FOCIL in the same network.

devnets/hegota/0 is built by merging devnets/bogota/2 and devnets/heze/3 after both are released, assuming none of these devnets require no more EL spec changes.

Scope

• EIP-8141, EIP-8250, EIP-8272, EIP-7906, EIP-8298, EIP-8253, EIP-4758 and EIP-8151 as released in tests-bogota-devnet@v2.0.0 (Test Release Tracker: bogota-devnet@v2.0.0 #3889).
• EIP-7805 and EIP-8198 as released in tests-heze-devnet@v3.0.0.

New Test Cases

• EIP-7805 with EIP-8141: frame transactions in inclusion lists, EELS PR: feat(specs,test-specs,tests): support FOCIL frame omission claims #3777 (draft, spec + tests, companion to the EIPs#12394 and EIPs#12396 drafts).

Status

• devnets/hegota/0 built from devnets/bogota/2 and devnets/heze/3.
• Fixtures generated and released: gh workflow run release_fixtures.yaml --repo ethereum/execution-specs --ref devnets/hegota/0 -f feature=hegota-devnet -f version=v0.0.0 -f branch=devnets/hegota/0
• Hive runs this release: hive-tests hegota workflows and a hive-ui group.
• Linked the test fixture release tag within the issue and closed it.
