The agent guide stated "~30–90s from bid to a live reservation", which was tied to the old pool window. Prod pool window is now 10s; restate as a loose ~5–30s bound so the guide doesn't imply an exact on-chain value (which is runtime-adjustable via
alw admin set-pool-window).
