docs: Google OAuth demo-video plan + scope justification - #27

For when we resubmit the OAuth verification (sensitive scope: calendar.readonly). Includes: - shot-by-shot recording plan (silent + English captions), - recording/editing/upload checklists, - YouTube description and scope-justification text ready to paste into the consent screen, - a table of common rejection reasons and how the plan avoids each.
