This pull request introduces a full Ansible role for deploying and managing a GitLab Runner alongside several improvements to the GitLab deployment process and documentation. Key changes include the addition of the
gitlab_runnerrole with tasks for user management, image building, runner registration, and service deployment, as well as updates to configuration defaults, documentation, and VS Code tasks to support the new runner and clarify operational details.
