Required fields are not required on UI

Description: in case when Unique parcel ID and Tracking ID to track the delivery fields are not filled - action throws an error on retrieve sample that this field is required.

STR:

1. Try to retrieve sample with valid data, but without fields:
   Unique parcel ID and Tracking ID to track the delivery

AR: Errors are thrown:
1.
No input in Unique parcel ID

2.
No input in Tracking ID to track the delivery

3. Required fields are shown as not required:
