The raw data can be found under the folder "data", the code and data used to run the supplementary material is under "supportInformation", the simulation study is under the folder "simulationStudy". All code is available to replicate the analysis. Nevertheless bare in mind that running the code may take a long time and/or use all the resources of your computer.
