Fixes #159
fixes a bug where the quickfix list or diagnostics received invalid error file paths if the error location was not in the same directory as the cwd of the compile command (e.g.
meson compile -C buildfrom the root), as opposed to the compilation buffer which resolved path correctly (e.g. for the mapping).
