autosd builds using bootc

Changes

• uses pre-built bootc images instead of building an AutoSD image from scratch. Bazel just needs to build an oci image using an AutoSD bootc one as the base one.
• It needs the latest rules_oci version (which is not available in the upstream bazel registry yet) to wotk with bootc
• no need to package artifacts as rpms anymore
• bazel_dep(name = "grpc-java", version = "1.78.0 is needed to regenerate Bazel's lock file, see: grpc++grpc_repo_deps_ext+com_envoyproxy_protoc_gen_validate/validate/BUILD load("@com_google_protobuf//:protobuf.bzl", "py_proto_library") Error: file '@com_google_protobuf//:protobuf.bzl' does not contain symbol 'py_proto_library' grpc/grpc-java#12165 (I am open to alternatives, I cannot update the lock file without it)
• I made some preparations to support aarch64 builds, but some modules are not working in that architecture when using AutoSD's toolchain (baselibs and logging). I will need to investigate each module to see what's the actual issue.
• runs showncase cli to test all example inside the AutoSD image
