Proof of concept of a Blazor application

Work in progress!

• The data is simply sitting in Session.csv at the root. You can start without the file.
  • The EventData persistence project is just me goofing off with F#.
• Set a breakpoint in EditSession.razor, launch, go to "Configure Sessions" in the nav, and click Edit.
