Headless Chrome on GitHub-hosted ubuntu often never writes DevToolsActivePort without --no-sandbox and --disable-dev-shm-usage. Also drop stale fixture pycache so a same-second test rewrite cannot hide a deliberately failing verify run. Co-authored-by: Douglas Jarquin <douglasjarquin@users.noreply.github.com>
