Filters for platform/preset scratch list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I am looking at the list of scratches of a platform (i.e. N64) or of a particular preset(i.e. Dino Planet DLLs) I am having "problems" finding unmatched scratches / finding scratches I have (or have not) forked.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like some sort of filter / toggle on the scratch list page that enables me to:

• Find scratches that aren't matched yet but are still recent
• ^ this could also be something like "find scratches with a score between x and y, though that'd make it hard to find / filter for those 99.9x% scratches
• Find scratches that I did (or did not) fork yet
• Maybe also: find scratches in time range? Find scratches older than x, newer than x, between x and y?
• ^ this might fix the "only showing 0% scratches" issue when sorting by least matched
• Maybe also: find scratches of user? Similar to a users profile you could filter the scratch list for a specific user (probably not all that helpful)

Sorting by "least matched" but that only show 0% scratches

Also wondering whether this would just be more options within the search page when someone tackles that feature/issue.

I would agree that the search feature could use an "advanced search" mode where you are able to filter more precisely (by e.g. author, preset/platform, creation/update date, etc) but that's probably a different feature (request) altogether, the only thing close to that I found is #307 though that's not exactly what I'd be thinking
