Merges upstream T3 Code up to 80a2351 (661 commits since a86c05f). Supersedes #1725, the bot's sync of 32ecd71, which stopped at 114 conflicted files.

How

• Same procedure as upstream-sync.yml: renamed upstream's tip with scripts/infinitus-rename.ts, parented it on the previous renamed commit, then merged.
• Resolved 114 conflicted files, keeping upstream's change and the fork's edit in each.
• Upstream's migrations 070–075 are the fork's 080–085.
• Everything else is fixes on top of the merge:
  • Removed upstream APIs: fork code moved off things upstream deleted (layerMemory, react-effect-budget, CodexAuthCallback, continueRunningThreads, pasteComposerClipboard, the v1 runtime-event schemas).
  • Effect lint: fork effects carry upstream's new no-unreasoned-state-sync reason comment.
  • Branding: about 100 new upstream strings now use PRODUCT_NAME / CONNECT_NAME.
  • Update channel: the desktop's default channel stays infinitus. DesktopAppSettings and releaseNotes keep resolveDefaultDesktopUpdateChannel, DesktopUpdates.offerable uses it, and acceptsTrackSwitchRelease takes the fork's tracks.
  • Relay: it now imports Neon from @alchemy.run/neon, since upstream split alchemy into scoped packages. Upstream's two new migrations' head snapshot is re-chained through the Team tables, and drizzle-kit generate now prints "No schema changes".
  • Other: GitHub-hosted runner on the new mobile-eas-preview-fork.yml; context budget re-measured, so this PR carries agent-context-increase; ledgers updated.

Choices to look at

• Late desktop attach: upstream #22877 marks a headless agent tab headless so the desktop streams it. Per the ledger, ours wins: its markHeadless call and test are dropped, and the agent still moves onto the Browser panel's page with your sign-ins (fix(server): agent browser tabs move onto the desktop page when it mounts late #1688).
• T3 Chat: upstream's T3 Chat tunnel linking ("Link T3 Chat", "Upgrade on T3 Chat") ships as upstream wrote it, and the name guards now let the words "T3 Chat" through.
  • On our relay without T3CHAT_LINK_SECRET it says the server does not support T3 Chat linking, so it does nothing for our users.
  • The rename script also turns "T3 Chat" into "Infinitus Chat" in docs/user/. Follow-up: a prose spare.
• Triage: upstream's new palette Triage command files issues on pingdotgg/t3code. The CLI already did this; it is now one click away.
• Gone with upstream deletions: the phone's 2 MB pasted-image gate (Phone: a large image shared or pasted into the composer still goes up at full size #1502) and the Antigravity clientInfo re-flip (upstream pins zed).
• New workflow: mobile-eas-preview-fork.yml (pull_request_target: labeled, publishes EAS previews) gets disabled in Actions settings as soon as this lands.

Verification

• Clean: typecheck (all packages), vp fmt --check, vp run lint, knip:check, infinitus-rename --check.
• Tests beside every conflicted or fork-edited file pass (~2,600), as do the whole desktop package, the three name guards, the desktop update suites and ServerBrowser.test.ts.
• 4 upstream tests fail only on macOS: /private/var symlinks in ServerEnvironment and GitVcsDriverCore, and the case-insensitive filesystem in DesktopLinuxUrlHandler. CI runs on Linux.
