feat(mac): the popup's ticket mark redeems a banked reset after a confirm - #1561

…firm A row whose engine reads the bank shows a ticket and the count beside the pause mark; pressing it (or the row menu's item) stages the reset the way a row click stages a switch, and one popup-level alert commits it, since the provider gives none back. Held banks (not at a limit, cooling down) draw gray and only say why. The demo swapd grows a resets fixture and a `reset <slot>` verb so the flow can be exercised without a claim. The Mac popup showed nothing of an account's banked Claude limit resets (#1554 landed them on the fleet, the web and the phone), so a reset could only be spent from the Accounts page or
infinitusctl reset. Now a row whose engine reads the bank draws a ticket and the count beside the pause mark. Pressing it, or the row menu's "Use banked reset" item, stages the reset the way a row click stages a switch, and one popup-level alert commits it, since the provider gives none back. A held bank (not at a limit, cooling down) draws gray and its tip only says why. The demo swapd grows a resets fixture and a
reset <slot>verb so the whole flow runs without a real claim; no claim was sent to the provider for this PR.Screens
Every capture is against the demo swapd (
apps/mac/tools/demo-swapd) in a sandboxed dev instance.Mac popup — before (alpha and charlie spendable, bravo held so gray)

Mac popup — confirm alert after pressing alpha's ticket

Mac popup — after "Use reset": alpha's ticket is gone, its 5h window is 0%

Web Accounts — rows (alpha already spent from the Mac: 0; bravo 1; charlie 1). Alpha's 5h reads 37% here while the Mac's after-capture read 0%: the demo swapd clears the window only in the reply to

reset, not in laterlistcalls, so the fixture, not the product, disagrees.Web — held popover on bravo: the hold text (its Use reset is disabled, which the capture does not make obvious)

Web — spendable popover on charlie

Web — confirm dialog

Web — after: charlie 0 banked, 5h 0%

Mac row menu ("Use banked reset (N of M left)", disabled on hold): not captured — an attempt to open it by synthetic right-click landed on a foreground browser window instead, so I stopped rather than keep poking the desktop.
Phone: not captured — simulator device access is turned off for this agent environment. The phone row is unchanged by this PR (it landed in #1558).
