Updates the compute plugin index to v0.8.0-dev.6, which surfaces why a workload is blocked directly in
datumctl compute(e.g.Blocked — ConfigMap "app-config" not found in namespace "default") by reading the new rolled-up readiness conditions, instead of an opaqueUnavailable 0/1/Pending/Unknown.Release: https://github.com/datum-cloud/compute/releases/tag/v0.8.0-dev.6
Note:
mainwas still pinned to dev.4 (the dev.5 index bump was never merged), so this also brings the index current. All six platform URIs + sha256 checksums updated from the v0.8.0-dev.6 release.
