dsh-v0.1.2-rc.1（a66e470），保留 242 个 dsh 与 9 个 vendor 本地产物。验证
npm ci：19/19 patches 成功应用npm run typechecknpm run buildnpm test：fetch 到v0.7.2后，test/feishu-release-notes.test.ts有 1 个既有 tag 拓扑依赖失败（期望v0.7.1，实际为v0.7.2）；排除该用例后79 files / 662 tests通过。
