RemoteXPC uses HTTP/2 streams to perform file transfers (it initiates a new stream per file transfer). The current implementation has a fixed number streams for each HTTP/2 connection (labeled
Client-ServerandServer-Client).This change allows creating an arbitrary number of streams, where the behavior of the streams mentioned above remains unchanged.
