The 10.5.0 wheel shipped music21/.claude/settings.local.json. It was ignored only by a global git ignore file, which hatchling does not read. Fixes #2096. AI-assisted (Claude)

Fixes #2096: the 10.5.0 wheel shipped
music21/.claude/settings.local.json, because it was ignored only by a global git ignore file, which hatchling doesn't read.(I must have opened Claude at some point in the inner music21 directory not the outer folder)
Adds
exclude = [".*"]under[tool.hatch.build], so no dotfile or dot-folder insidemusic21/gets packaged. Backport tom21_10for 10.5.1 to follow.AI-assisted (Claude)
