Add the templates that build the virtual machine students use for the labs, so the image can be rebuilt from scratch instead of being maintained by hand. ubuntu-26-04-vbox.pkr.hcl builds an Ubuntu 26.04 desktop VM in VirtualBox, for amd64 or arm64 (`-var arch=`). The two differ only in the platform settings. The install is unattended, through autoinstall served and the result is exported as an .ova. Signed-off-by: Andreia Ocanoaia <andreia.ocanoaia@gmail.com>
