Adds support for the following params for the Availability query route:
query_periods,query_slots,include_member_statuses,excluded_events.As per the API docs, the
available_periodsperiod is treated as an alternative alias forquery_periods, while I made it possible to include bothquery_slotsandquery_periodsin the same request, since I figured that it would be safer to let it fail at the API level.
