powerPLM Legacy Scripts

Sample jobs and shared modules for coolOrange powerPLM — a solution that integrates Autodesk Vault with Fusion 360 Manage (formerly Fusion Lifecycle).

Prerequisites

• coolOrange powerJobs Processor installed on the job server
• coolOrange powerFLC module available (imported automatically by the job scripts)
• Vault user email configured in the user profile and matching a Fusion 360 Manage account
• An Autodesk App (Client ID + Client Secret) whitelisted in your Fusion 360 Manage tenant under
  Administration → System Configuration → General Settings → Security Settings

Modules/    Shared PowerShell modules used by the jobs

Jobs

Each job consists of up to three files that share the same base name:

Extension	Purpose
.ps1	PowerShell job script executed by powerJobs Processor
.json	Workflow configuration (workspace, field mappings, trigger state)
.settings	Scheduler settings (cron expression, priority, description)

Job	Description
Sample.SyncChangeOrders	Polls Fusion 360 Manage for new/updated Change Orders and syncs them to Vault
Sample.TransferItemBOMs	Transfers Item BOMs from Vault to a Fusion 360 Manage workspace

Modules

Shared helper modules imported by the job scripts. Do not edit these directly — they are loaded automatically.

Installation

1. Copy the files from Jobs/ to:

   %ProgramData%\coolOrange\powerJobs\Jobs\
   

2. Copy the files from Modules/ to:

   %ProgramData%\coolOrange\powerJobs\Modules\
   

3. Start powerJobs Processor at least once so the new job types are registered automatically.

4. Adjust the .json configuration for each job to match your Fusion 360 Manage workspace names, field mappings, and lifecycle states.
