@scarrazza I'm going to put this in draft until we can get additional builds sorted with PR #7. But I'm excited that this release might be viable for aarch64 builds.

Actually, I think if we patch ppc64le support back given scarrazza/qcdloop#34 (comment) then this could go in, and then we could rebase #7 and just accept that only v2.1.0+ will get support for aarch64.

This patch can get removed in any release following v2.1.0. c.f. scarrazza/qcdloop#35
