Approved. Lockfile-only bump of the transitive uuid crate 1.24.0 → 1.25.0 in packages/protect-ffi — no manifest change needed (range-compatible), checksum is the crates.io registry entry. The two failing Drizzle jobs are the known Dependabot-runner issue (empty CLERK_MACHINE_TOKEN in the Dependabot secrets store — confirmed again in this run's log), unrelated to a Rust lockfile bump. Merge once the secret lands and the jobs re-run green.
