pathspec 'changeset-release/main' did not match any file(s) known to git

I encountered this problem when I published, causing the pipeline to fail

Did you manage to fix this somehow? Running into this.

I got this when GitHub was down, rerunning later fixed the issue.

I got the same error.

I have also been encountering the same error since yesterday. Nothing has changed, so I am not sure what has changed in to help diagnose. The same script has been running with no problem for the past 8 months.

This issue happened for a day, then disappeared, and happened again today. I have made no changes to the project that could be a hint of this issue. I think it's either a GitHub action or a Changeset Actions issue.

Are you sure you are running the action on both PRs and on main?

Getting it every other deploy as well! Very strange

That should not be the problem. It's logged when creating the branch for the first time because an existing one doesn't exist.

It seems like the errors reported here stemmed from different issues.
