feat(mcp): give serverInfo a title, description, and websiteUrl - #1044

The Claude connector directory shows a server's serverInfo.title and fell back to the hostname because we sent only name, version, and icons. Both the hosted and stdio servers now share MCP_SERVER_DISPLAY (title "uploads.sh", description, websiteUrl, icons), and the server card carries the title too.

Why
When you enter
https://agents.uploads.sh/mcpin the Claude connector directory's submission form, the connection preview shows the hostnameagents.uploads.shinstead of a name. The portal readsserverInfo.titlefrom the MCPinitializeresponse, and we sent onlyname(uploads-mcp),version, andicons.Follow-up to #1043, which merged before this commit was pushed to it.
What changed
MCP_SERVER_DISPLAYconstant inpackages/uploads/src/mcp/server.ts. It holdstitle: "uploads.sh", adescription,websiteUrl: "https://uploads.sh", and the existing icons, and bothserverInfoobjects spread it./.well-known/mcp/server-card.json, fromscripts/build-mcp-server-card.mjsand the worker's discover response) gains the sametitle.titleandwebsiteUrlin theinitializeresponse, and that the worker's card title matches the static card.@buildinternet/uploads, whoseuploads mcpserver info changes too.Verification
