Description of changes:
With firmware booting the UKI directly from the ESP, systemd-boot is no longer part of the boot chain. Remove the
systemd-257-bootloaderpackage from theincluded-packagesof all four mantle variants. Thesystemd-stubrequired to build the UKI is pulled in transitively viarelease.spec's conditionalRequires: bootloader(efi), so no explicit entry is needed.Testing done: See twoliter bottlerocket-os/twoliter#745
