Add support for transactions using USD. Users should have a setting that allows them to send money in USD or BTCZ. It should probably work by using the
$symbol to indicated USD is requested.Commands could work like:
balance $- Show balance in USD. I.E.Your balance is $100send $[amount] [address]- Send $ to an address
