It isn't clear to me immediately what each item is, which makes it hard to quickly visually scan the items. I expect this issue to become more noticeable on pages with lots of items. Therefore I suggest adding an autogenerated signature to the top of each item which explains what it is in standard form. I anticipate the standard form will make it much easier and faster to visually scan through the items. Suggestion for a 'signature' format:
Commit - beneills / cv - 2016-7-15
Issue - teampoltergeist / poltergeist - 2016-7-16
Comment - lifthrasiir / rust-chrono - 2016-6-23
etc.
