Add setup rake task

At the moment the usage steps are quite long. We could put everything into a rake setup task, and just tell the user to run that.

It would:

1. ask for Github username
2. ask for display name
3. edit template
4. complicated: ask for other details
5. generate resumé
6. say you can view it now
7. open in browser
8. ask if we should git push to oublish
9. display public URL
