MK-CLI 1.1.0 is updated for new Esri vector basemaps added in SMK 1.1.0. When an Esri basemap is selected while creating or editing an SMK app, a prompt is added to enter an Esri API key, which is stored in new "viewer" property "esriApiKey" in smk-config.json.
