Spatial-VTK 0.1.4 makes the public waveform workflow runnable and changes the default residual to native ln(observed/synthetic). PSA/FAS use independent lowpass processing; examples request 1.5–5 s in 0.5 s steps after a 1 Hz lowpass, excluding the exact frequency boundary.
The release also repairs required/cached basemaps, LOWESS labels, boxplot table layout, empty dashboard selections, documentation navigation/search, and publication of freshly executed tutorial outputs. The example accelerations are confirmed as cm/s². The proposed statistics module remains deferred.
Validation: 184 local tests, clean wheel installations, seven tutorial executions with required imagery, strict docs/search/dashboard/distribution checks. CI runs Python 3.10–3.12 and all seven tutorials on the final commit.
Known limitation: an intermittent MutationObserver browser-console exception remains unresolved; tested dashboard filters and maps remain functional. External PhaseNet inference remains optional and separately unverified.
