Upgrade from 0.18.3 to 0.25.3 -- can't connect to live video session.

Describe the bug
After upgrading from android sdk 0.18.3 to 0.25.3 to be 16KB alignment compatible, we can no longer connect to our existing service.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
We should connect to current service as what works when releasing client with 0.18.3.

• Version amazon-chime-sdk: [e.g. 0.25.3]
• Version amazon-chime-sdk-media: [N/A]
• Can you reproduce this in the demo app? - Haven't tried. We already were working with 0.18.3
  If you are reporting a crash:
  N/A - no crash, just DefaultAudioClientController error messages.

Hi, the Android SDK does not support emulators, please use real devices, and also verify if you have the issue with our demo.
