Adds a shared Claude Code configuration in .claude/ so everyone on the team gets the same guardrails and workflows.

Hooks (.claude/hooks/, registered in .claude/settings.json)

• format.sh: runs Prettier on every file Claude edits under <workspace>/src/
• prisma-generate.sh: runs prisma:generate after schema.prisma changes
• guard-files.sh: blocks edits to real .env files, package-lock.json and existing migrations
• guard-bash.sh: asks before destructive commands (force push, reset --hard, recursive rm, prisma migrate reset, docker compose down -v, …)

Permissions: routine commands (lint, prettier, tests, build, read-only git) run without prompts. git push, deploy scripts, tofu, and reading or editing .env files are denied.

Skills (.claude/skills/)

• Project-specific: /new-resource (scaffolds a REST resource across shared and server) and /bugfix (Tapestry-aware bug-fix workflow)
• From asteasolutions/ai-toolkit: diagnosing-bugs, thermo-nuclear-review, grill-me, handoff, tdd, codebase-design (tracked in skills-lock.json)

Rules: .claude/rules/api-contract.md is a REST resource checklist. It loads only when Claude edits files in shared/src/data-transfer/, server/src/resources/ or server/src/transformers/.

Other changes

• CLAUDE.md: notes that a hook now runs prisma:generate, adds the client store and import conventions, and removes the Tests section
• Renamed server/.env.test.exmple → server/.env.test.example
• .gitignore: added .claude/settings.local.json for personal settings

After pulling: install jq, run npm install, restart Claude Code, and check /hooks.
