Redesign the landing page as a control plane

Problem

The landing page still used the July design, and the owner asked for new design proposals. Of three variants (terminal receipt, editorial light, control plane), he chose the control plane.

Result

• Hero: an animated system diagram on a midnight blueprint grid. A coding agent's change passes the fingerprint, claim and revision gates, in the order commit() in packages/work-sdk/src/client.ts checks them, and commits through one of the five adapters, rotating every cycle. A duplicate retry with the same key stops at the claim gate with WorkInFlightError.
• Sections: the workbench restyled, prepare → inspect → commit as a connected pipeline, a bento grid of guarantees with small UI fragments, the three failure cases as prevented incidents, the capability matrix, the FAQ and a final CTA with the install command.
• Unchanged: copy facts, metadata, JSON-LD, FAQ, links, section ids and every data-analytics-* attribute.
• Open Graph image: moved to the new palette.
• Reduced motion: shows the finished state, with every gate checked, a lit route and the blocked retry.

Verification

• pnpm --filter @work-sdk/web check (tsc), test (14/14, including the contrast test) and build pass.
• No element overflows horizontally at 320, 375, 390, 768, 1024, 1280 or 1440 px. This was measured element by element.
• /, /docs, /docs/providers, the guide and /privacy return 200 on the production build.
• Desktop and phone screenshots were reviewed. The Open Graph image was rendered and checked.

Known limits

• Between about 760 and 980 px the vertical diagram leaves empty space at the sides; just above 980 px the diagram labels get small.
• The fingerprint, revision and idempotency key shown are illustrative values.
