[Bug] Too many threads will cause blocked

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

Apache SkyWalking Component

Java Agent (apache/skywalking-java)

What happened

A function create 10000 threads.and the thread job just query a simple SQL.
When my application started with Skywalking, Thread was blocked.
and start without Skywalking.It works well.

Else
if i reduce threads to 8000 , it can alse work well

What you expected to happen

Expect works well

How to reproduce

Skywalking version:8.7.0

SpringBoot + tomcat +druid +Mysql 5.7
