The PyPI, Conda-forge, CRAN, and DockerHub badges on the Setup/Overview page have all stopped rendering reliably. The table provided no useful content beyond the badges themselves, so remove the section in both the English and Chinese overview docs.

Remove the "Download statistics" section from
docs/setup/overview.mdand its Chinese translationdocs/setup/overview.zh.md.The PyPI, Conda-forge, CRAN, and DockerHub badges on https://sedona.apache.org/latest/setup/overview/ have all stopped rendering reliably, leaving the table mostly blank for visitors. Since the table provided no useful content beyond the badges themselves, the cleanest fix is to drop the section entirely.
How was this patch tested?
Visual inspection of the updated markdown. The remaining "What can Sedona do?" section is unaffected.
