The iOS test job fails before running tests because
macos-latestnow selects macOS 26 and/Applications/Xcode_16.1.appdoes not exist there.Pin the legacy SDK test job to
macos-15-intel, select Xcode 16.4, and target the installed iPhone 16 simulator on iOS 18.5. This repairs the CI failure observed in #534 without changing SDK code or release automation.Validation
