I've spent 7+ years in IT support and systems engineering — mostly in a Windows world: infrastructure, troubleshooting, and ITSM workflows. Now I'm making the move into DevOps, and I'm learning the Linux + cloud-native stack the honest way: hands-on, in public, one day at a time.
I'm not a DevOps expert yet — and not a fresher either. Somewhere in between. The troubleshooting instinct from years of support (stay calm, find the root cause, don't guess) carries over nicely. The actual tooling — Linux, Git, containers — I'm picking up fresh through the #90DaysOfDevOps challenge, and writing down everything I learn.
