Overlap with open PR #47

Open PR #47 (2026-09-02 weekly) already touches wallets-wallet-apis.md for the same EIP-7702 default flip, but was written against docs #1591 which said Sept 14 with no version capability. Docs #1608 (2026-09-04) revised the date to Sept 21 and added the version selector, so this week's edit supersedes #47's EIP-7702 wording. Whichever PR lands first, the other will need a small rebase — recommend landing this one and dropping the wallets-wallet-apis.md hunk from #47 (its other files stay intact).

• docs #1599 — HyperCore private-preview corrections. Pages remain hidden: true; per playbook rule skills reflect PUBLIC surface only. Substantial scope when unhidden (order-status enum, book-diff shape, camelCase leverage fields, HIP-4 permissionless-on-mainnet, 8 previously-undocumented /info types) — flag for the weekly after unhide.
• docs #1601 — Bitcoin getmempoolentry compute-unit-cost row addition. Metadata-only pricing annotation per LEARNINGS.
• docs #1605 — Enterprise plan required banner on Activity Log overview. Plan-tier notice, no API-surface change.
• docs #1606 — ERC-20 gas payment guide rewrite (v0.6 → EntryPoint v0.7, Modular Account V2 example, tabbed code). Recipe modernization; the skill already recommends Wallet APIs as the default and flags post-op revert risk. No surface-level contract change.
• docs #1603 / #1604 / #1611 / #1613 — Daikon-generated OpenRPC + server-endpoints syncs. Always skip.
