P1 Badge Regenerate the pnpm lockfile with these dependency bumps

The committed pnpm-lock.yaml still specifies js-yaml: ^4.1.1/4.1.1 and lodash-es: ^4.17.21/4.17.23, so it is out of sync with these manifest changes. Every PR-check job installs through .github/actions/setup-pnpm/action.yml, whose install step runs pnpm install; pnpm enables --frozen-lockfile by default in CI and documents that an out-of-sync lockfile makes installation fail (pnpm install documentation). Regenerate and commit the lockfile so CI can install the upgraded versions.
